Two Brothers Brewing Company was created by Jim and Jason Ebel in Warrenville, Illinois in 1996. This one means a lot to us as Xmas Pop-Up Bars also began as a small idea born right here in Warrenville, IL. The brothers developed an extreme passion for specialty beer while living in France and acted on their passion. Their mother was the catalyst saying, “You guys either need to open a brewery or shut up about beer because all you guys do is talk about beer and brewing and how much fun it would be. So, you’re young, go try it or stop talking about it.”
Also, Two Brothers is a coffee roasting business, distillery, and they have their own restaurant and taphouse. They roast over half a million pounds of beans a year and produce vodka, gin, rum, and bourbon.
Their Peppermint Bark Porter Beer is amazing. The beer is simply Christmas magic in a can! It’s available in early November through all of December and it comes in a 4 pack - 16oz Cans. "We Love Da Bears" is Brant Buckley's newest original release — an energetic Chicago Bears anthem inspired by the excitement, tradition, and passion of Bears football. Blending driving blues-rock guitars, crowd chants, and a classic 12-bar blues foundation with backward blues-inspired riffs, the song was written to capture the electric atmosphere of game day.
